By accessing and using Taleway, an AI-powered story generator service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service.

Taleway AI LTD. ("the Service") provides users with AI-generated stories for both children and adults, as well as AI-generated voice narrations of these stories. The Service is owned and operated by Taleway AI LTD. ("the Company"), based in Vancouver, Canada.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.
4. Content Ownership
All content generated by the Service, including but not limited to text, audio, and other materials, is owned by Taleway AI LTD. unless otherwise stated. Users who order a physical book or any other product from us will own the material contained in that physical product.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taleway AI LTD. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and your use thereof. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content and assume no liability for any:Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service;Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
7. Waiver of Rights
By signing up for and using the Service, you waive all rights to any claims against Taleway AI LTD. arising out of your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to claims related to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and any other rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or provincial courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Taleway AI LTD. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
